I'd add some blackberries in there. High in fiber. Help to regulate your blood sugar. I put em in nonfat plain Greek yogurt. Matter fact, I'd add that to ur list too.
i hear blackberries are even better than blueberries. I eat them like cashews now.

Blackberries are good cuz they have less sugar. Blueberries are good for the antioxidants. I do like the jumbo blueberries. They have more of a burst of flavor. I'm like u now: I buy blackberries every time I go grocery shopping and they this close to overtaking watermelon as my favorite fruit.

i'm always looking for new snacks, that way my lunches/dinners can stay small. Been slowly working blueberries and green tea into my diet.

Green tea is great for the cardiovascular system. I like to get the pomegranate green tea which is even better for the heart.

:lupe:
Get rid of the cheerios, cheese nip crackers, chicken wings, and crystal lifht packets. Are the chicken tenders raw? If they’re breaded tenders, get rid of them, too. For chicken, by chicken breast.

Everything else looks good.

This list is a good base, but it’s too protein heavy and not fibrous enough. Add more of a range of vegetables and fruit.

Mushrooms, carrots, cauliflower, tomatoes, peppers, leeks, onions, just off the top of my head.

He needs to eat for life and not just a gym-goers diet.
