Too much fruit breh. You only need about 2 servings of fruit per day. Example. 1 banana and cup of blueberries.

Skip the mixed veggies, corn, and opt in for raw kale or spinach and frozen artichoke hearts and frozen green beans or another non starchy vegetable. You are fine with frozen vegetables as studies have shown they can pack the same if not more nutrition than fresh produce.

Sub out the cheese nips too and maybe out in for flax or chia seeds
