Heard about it for years, but never got around to watching it.

This is another one of my faves. Starts off a little slow but once it gets going it really draws you in. The only negative about the show imo is that you Legato doesn't get enough(one of my favorite villains ever). This one is hard for me to rate. Its as good as Brotherhood but I don't know if I would rate it on the same level as Berserk and Bebop. But I do feel it is an essential series that any fan of anime should watch. I'll give it a 10.

You should watch it, I think it’s only 20 something episodes.
The crew hunting after a criminal with a huge bounty. Pretty similar to the first half of Trigun once everyone is introduced.
What stands out about it is the improved animation. We never got to see Wolfwood look this good in the TV series, and he's pretty much featured in the movie in terms of fight scenes.
don't remember anything about eyes being closed. could just be a coincidence

Always fukked with Vash. Showed me that even though you have a lot of power, it doesn't mean you have to abuse. & that scene where he first spoke with Knives

7. My favorite episode (even though it's kinda fukked) is when they showed the origin of Cash and his brother when they were children on that spaceship
