I gave Nashville a 10. Beautiful, one of the friendliest cities I’ve been too, a creative city, family orientated, black colleges, good food, authentic vibe, decent weather.

No - it makes sense to have one domestic and international category of 2 separate lists. Rather than one all-encompassing long list. Not every one has traveled to different international cities to be able to rate them.
There's different criteria for foreign countries.
That's why airports have international and domestic flights.

food was great, nice skyline, traffic was bad but there was a lot of construction at the time.
