I give her an 8. Big, strong voice. It was somewhat wasted on the typical R&B song of the late 90s. Her best stuff was with R. Kelly to me R&B wise. Gospel wise she knocks it out of the park. I heard she's a bit of a diva.

Nah. Gotta be fair. I've received 2 messages about other threads asking to open it back up so they could vote and I denied it. I figured Kelly's thread didn't do numbers because the general public isn't too familiar with her work. She was never mainstream so only the real music heads knew about her. Plus, if the vote changes, I'll have to reshuffle the leaderboard again.
