Judging by how the votes are going, Aretha is gonna rank below Whitney
This irritates me.
I blame it on voters being too young and unfamiliar with Aretha's work in its entirety.

Whitney's in the end did surpass Aretha,
In there prime whitney was better vocally and had a more powerful voice, drug just cut in her career short but she did have 10 strong years 86-96
