Reagan's policies would have been considered liberal by the modern MAGA Republican party. Here's the proof with him and Bush discussing immigration

Yes, the modern republican party has been taken over by radicals. Tell me why the democrats are following them headfirst by not attempting to combat right wing framing on immigration? Yeah, yeah I know "both sides" has a bad rep and a lot of it is deserved. But I truly do not understand how people don't see this

And posters here really cry like bytches and lie about the nation moving to far to the left. It has unfortunately moved to the right.
That 'Overton Window" is a mothafukka. Notice a lot of those posters spend their time bytching about migrants and LGBTQ people as if that is the extent of the leftist platform. They literally latch onto the right-wing pet issues and use that as a reason to knock any left-leaning thought.

Yeah, i think during one of the primary debates they were talking about if Reagan's approach was wrong.

The 1986 immigration reform bill signed into law by Reagan would never be signed today because it would never make it through Congress. Its also why repeated attempts by Bush 43, Obama and Biden also failed.

The current Republican party is not interested in fixing major issues. They are interested in exploiting them for political gain.

because the fukking Dems are out here doing this :scust:

who the hell supports this? :mindblown:

You don't live in my city. You ain't here so why does this bother you?

You know what's interesting about costs in the city? They rose when a rich Republican business man became mayor and used public domain to allow developers to start building luxury apartments. Most of which are still only half occupied to this day.

What the hell are you doing reading the NY Post, anyway? A trash propaganda newspaper...
As a Chicago breh, I feel yall :russ: Folks be living thousands of miles away judging all Democrats everywhere for what someone is supposedly doing in my city.:wow: And NY Post is right wing as fukk. Most of the links they give as sources lead to other NYPOST articles. Media literacy is lost.
