I was never an agent but I remember we were doing house buying tours and we were putting deals in front of some group of investors.

I really love helping buyers, but they can be a handful. shyt is
when you deal with buyers who are stubborn as shyt and lose out on good deals because THEY think they know what they are doing. It is up to a good realtor to know when you get away with offering a bit less and when you gotta cough up a bit more. Some people don't like to listen.
