OP as a PC gamer for years now I will tell u this. Wait till u run into that issue u can't identify. U gonna wanna pull ur hair out. Lol. U gotta be dedicated to be bout this PC life. Console gaming is undeniably less stressful.
yeah fallout NV was sort the last straw for me.
I got it the first day, and it just wouldn't run correctly period. The next day I said fukk-it and bought the 360 version. I still have my $100 (retail ) PC collectors edition, but I have never played it.
PC Gaming is cool, but troubleshooting is inherently part of the game because so many PC builds are different.
for example, I was an AMD supporter for so many years( up to 2009). I ran into so many problems, and I couldn't deal with it any more. Any problem I ran into, it could have been because i was using an AMD chipset, or it could not have been. I could never really tell. However, having that variable was just another layer of complexity to troubleshooting--a really unnecessary layer.
