I did age out on the desire to consistently play game consoles. I own a Switch and don't play it. However, if I decide to upgrade to a Switch 2 it will be to play Madden 26 or maybe NBA 2K26 on it. Not into Mario Cart and all those types of games.

Video games isn't just for kids and teens. Granted, games are targeted to the young demographics, but it really is for all ages. Most older adults usually play slots, video keno or video poker. But, those are also video games.

I don't care what a grown adult do! If a grown up wanna play Nintendo Switch 1 or 2, PS4/5, XBox or whatever, then cool. Doesn't make them BANs or whatever words you wanna call them. They just wanna have a lil fun with themselves or may wanna have fun with heir kids, grandkids, etc..

Don't have a child. I just keep a gaming capable PC and have all major consoles. In the event a game ever comes out and I want it doesn't matter what platform it's on I just buy it.

To be honest I play the Switch the least. Don't think I played anything on it since Xenoblade 3.
