This whole, "kills every feature he's been on" shyt is starting to really tick me off. Let's look at some of his recent features from 2013, I say 2013 because that's only fair right? You're only as good as your recent work and comparing him to anything other than his recent catalogue would open up a whirlwind of plot holed bullshyt arguments and I'd eventually pull out Mood Muzik 2 and ether your argument. Anyway without further adieu:

"Fo Real" - Future
"Number 15" - Nickelus F
"No Guns Allowed" - Snoop Lion
"Versace (Remix)" - Migos
"Over Here" - Partynextdoor :mindblown:
"Live For" - The Weeknd
"I do it" - 2 Chainz

:stopitslime: Really breh? You're gonna stick this C grade student in this special ed class of who's who bullshyt and come at me with this argument? GTFO here man, Kendrick Lamar is a far more complete lyricist than your dude Drake, it's an insult to Kendrick as an artist that he's even being compared to Drake and it sure as hell is a :pacspit: on our intelligence that this guy is being pushed out in the mainstream as such.

Poetic Justice is the last time I'll hold my hands up and say Drake threw out a great verse (a flash in the pan if you didn't get that sentiment), F*ckin problems is :patrice::ehh: status but it's nothing special.

Oh and don't make this about Kendrick either because he isn't all that but he sure as hell is better than Drake and for the record GKMC >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Take Care and you'll see the light eventually when Drake is Ja Rule status and his popularity is diminished.
Did u jus call his verse on versace trash :wtf: now u rlly trollin... his verse on over here was straight...his live for verse saved the song ....all me, no new friends stay schemin, jodeci...i can go on...also a disgrace to kdot???...nikka...the most praised kdot verse in his career doesn't even compare to Drake's 5am ib toronto...when it comes to wordplay and various entendres and the same can be said for their whole catalogs...ill even go further and say that drake's storytellin is also very good...anyways lets keeep it funky....only reason ur downplayin drake's talent is for one reason and one reason only.....content and image(oops that was 2) :lolbron:

The most impressive thing about the Gremlin is his cadence and breath control.

His lyrics are on some Recovery era Em shyt

Drake has way more bars than Kencac Lemur

I'm not saying they're trash, don't put words in my mouth breh what I'm saying is you put a DECENT rapper at best and feature him with a bunch of bum ass bullshyt rappers then he's going to SHINE REGARDLESS. I know what elite lyricism looks like and you know what I'm gonna use your God against you....

The mic presence, the arrogance, the lyricism, the flow, EVERYTHING. :ohlawd: Elite lyricism at its very best. This song alone bodies any Drake song I think I've ever listened to.

Then you couple that with an actual woman on the hook, not some feminine homosexual with a voice like a woman and you have yourself a classic.

I have no problem with Drakes image whatsoever and his content is surprisingly ambitious at times but his talent is seriously exaggerated, especially from the OP

5 AM in Toronto?

Anyways...K Dot thrives on just flow, filling his lyrics with borderline empty bars, and outright rhyming of words. Drake is actually SAYING something. Thats kinda the difference. Drake's verses GET somewhere. K Dot is like that meandering that backpackers love but is ultimately circular.

Kendrick isn't metaphorical or even witty in his lines like that. He's big on lyrics for lyrics sake. Drake is better with lyrics for the song's sake.

All my ex's live in texts's like I'm George Strait.

Drizzy got the wordplay down, and the way he been settin his punchlines up lately, you can tell he studies battle rappin' a bit. Dude is def a fan of the craft even if he doesn't outright seem like it. Bar for bar though, he not really seeing a lot of dudes like THAT...BUT he's clearly got the better music than a lot of those same dudes.

Kendrick is more of a poet to me, the way he puts shyt together, especially with his assonance and consonance and shyt like that...it's way too dope man. He be rhyming, but not on that overly OD multi-syllabic Eminem on Infinite shyt. And the way he weaves in and out of rhyme schemes and brings them back in is great too(both do it, but when K-Dot gets on his non-stop, stutter on the consonance shyt, it's dope to me :manny:)

Nah ur goin too far...kdot aint jus some lyrical miracle type rapper....he b sayin sht wit some ill lyricism and in clever...one example bein his verse on memories back then, hell kdot's whole catalog he be sayin sht of substance moreso than drake and wat makes him good is that he still finds clever ways to communicate his message in da process

He's underrated because he is so mainstream and so popular. People fel like they dont need to give him the credit he is due because he already get so much love from the masses. nikkas makes J cole sound like a amateur. And people are swearing cole is the next Jay-Z or some shyt.

Fab fell off. Stop it. Dro too (sadly).

Problem? Meh.

Jeezy stepped it up and I know TIP could rip it if he wanted to.

2 Chainz fell off lyrically...slightly. dude is just awkward.
