Just to be clear I'm well aware of RD being a classic. I just dont rank it higher that AEOM, so no one gets confused

Im not no Jay stan, RD is the only Jay album I like. Im more of a Nas/Mobb Deep/Wu stan. You're just too much of a Pac stan, Pac stans never give any reasoning behind anything. I've been looking at various top hip hop albums list and RD is ranked ahead of AEOM in most. AEOM isn't even Pac's best album.

It may not be but it's better than RD. Like I said, I'm a fan of Jay

I really don't see how people can say this album isn't a classic and say Blueprint is...BP and Stillmatic are. RD shyts on both of these albums, Jay spit on a level that was unreal. Having said that I disagree with OP. If it's your personal opinion than do you, but so many more albums with so much more impact came out in that year alone.

Its one of my favorite albums of all time, but definitely not the best of the genre. For me, that would be Either its dark and hell is hot or illmatic. RD def top 5 though.

3. "Ambitionz Az A Ridah" is better than every song on Reasonable Doubt.
4. No Ras Kass album belongs in the convo of greastest in the genre - and this
is coming from someone who is from Ras Kass' 'hood. Matter fact, Soul On Ice
isn't even the best album for a Likwit Crew affiliate.
