This is the nfl. That's been a play, just never on the qb. Where you think the bounty program came from. Or all these rules on defenseless receiver, no launch tackles, roughing the qb. Well RG3's knee is stronger than any QB's right now. Its healed, then he put in the extra work to make that knee even stronger. Thats how you recover
