BET was great back in the day because of the better sitcoms, live programming & music, once it became a strictly rerun syndicate station BET has never been the same since :francis: out of all the black channels on cable...I rarely turn to BET unless episodes of Martin, Fresh Prince, Jamie Foxx, The Parkers or Moesha, throwback movies etc happen to be on :yeshrug:.

It's amazing how these channels are these days. It's Saturday and there isn't one music video show on any of the major channels(MTV, BET, VH1, MTV2 even for fukks sake). A solid 85 percent of their programming is either reality shows, Ridiculousness, or old TV shows. Not everyone has BET Jams and it isn't the same because they just show music videos, I don't even know if they have any VJs anymore.

There's Revolt but that's about it. I still think there's room for Rap City, if not for the music videos, just for interviews and freestyles.

I remember when BET said they was bringing back BET Uncut in 2015, there was mad promotion for it then when it came time for it to come back, it was just a publicity stunt to bring back Punk’d which didn’t even last more than a season. :mjtf:
