Alot of people used that engine tho, unreal is still trash tho

If thats the case every games starts on pc, cause they created on pc

No breh, I mean Steve Jobs actually announced "Halo" for PC back in 1999. It was a PC game. The only reason it appeared on consoles is because Microsoft copped Bungie.

Would those games not exist. Or would they have used another engine, some of those franchise been around, they would exist

The Unreal engine been around since 1996. That predates any game I mentioned.

No offense man but that's like asking "would cars exist if wheels hadn't been invented?". Possibly, but the end result would be so drastically different you might as well say it's something completely new.

The last gen, two gens actually, leaned heavily on the Unreal engine, to the point that I can't say for sure some of those games would have gotten made with another engine. Despite the number of games that come out, there is only a handful of engines that get used, due to time and cost.

Is this the same game that the makers if the game had to give everyone $500k because of all the issues like people cheating and not being able to sign on period :mjpls:

Is this the same game you are too ignorant to know its not exclusive because its coming out for PC soon :mjpls:

No, it's The Last Of Us :aicmon:

I don't know what kinda PCs yall running but my shyt dips below 60 FPS. in fact i'm so sick of it that i'm gonna go out and buy a graphics card that's about at least $600 just to avoid that.
i'm rocking:
GTX 670
i5 3570k overclocked to 4.2 GHz
16 GBs of RAM

i mean many games i can run at about the best settings but 60 FPS is not the bare minimum and i'd say my graphics card is borderline the bare minimum you need for that and it was pushing $400 when i bought it earlier in the year.

The GTX 670 came out like a year and a half ago, of course it can't run everything perfectly. The fact that you're sitting there even slightly annoyed that you aren't getting a rock solid 60 FPS across the board speaks volumes on the expectations of a console vs a PC.

i expect that if i spend $389 on a piece of equipment that later the same year i bought it i'm not feeling these game specs nipping me on the ass and feeling like i should upgrade again. that's why i'm just gonna bite the bullet this time and buy the actual flagship card instead of the card that's under the flagship that gets close to the same performance. its kinda disgusting to me that this card is obsolete so fast. i mean i'm only running these games at 1080p and they visibly stutter at times. the Nvidia experience basically told me to max out Batman Arkham Origins and it still stutters.

I have a GTX 670 but an i7-3770k and it never dips below 60 fps for me

my processor makes the difference though

edit: you bought a 670GTX for $390 right before 770/780 GTX were coming out as way more powerful cards.. for the same price.. thats no one bad decision for but yours..

Just because YOU PERSONALLY bought a card THIS year doesnt mean that card hasnt been out awhile.. that card came out in like May of 2012..

edit: yup May 14th 2012 is when the 670 GTX came out

edit #3: You bought the 670 GTX for $389, literally right before the 770GTX came out May 30th for $399.

the 870 GTX will probably come out May 2014.. guess how much it will cost? You guessed it? $360-400.

PS I bought the 670 GTX for $360 mid-late 2012, no idea why you spent $390 on a card that was out a year :manny: next time if you need help building your computer just ask :manny:

I bought my 670 in Jan 2013. Most games don't use hyperthreading so a that i7's value is lost. I'm really just sick of the dips however infrequent they are. Im likely gonna demote this PC to a streambox and build an actual top of the line one.

look man i bought that card in Jan 2013 and in March 2013 it couldn't run Tomb Raider at a locked bare minimum 60 FPS even with the hair off. turn on FRAPS and at times its dipping into the 40s. run the benchmark and it's reporting dips in to the 30s.

to me if a dip like that ever happens that's unacceptable. i didn't spend almost $1000 on that PC to have to deal with that kinda shyt less than 3 months after i put it together. i wanted piece of mind that at least 1.5 years after i bought all that i could run games at the higher settings and have them NEVER dip below 60 FPS.

its my fault for cheaping out and trying to make "smart" purchases instead of just getting the best shyt i can get.

this cat has a GTX Titan and shyt still dips below 60 FPS. what the hell do i have to get two and SLI them to avoid that? we got peeps here with graphics cards that cost less than 1/3 of his talking about their shyt never dips below 60 FPS.

Your expectations are too high. That card is over a year old and will not max everything out with how fast things move on the PC.

Stop trying to stay on top of the game unless you are willing to shell out major cash for it. You DO have options though...there are always going to be consoles out there.
