Your expectations are too high. That card is over a year old and will not max everything out with how fast things move on the PC.

Stop trying to stay on top of the game unless you are willing to shell out major cash for it. You DO have options though...there are always going to be consoles out there.

This is nothing new...you seem to be upset that there is a premium for wanting to be at the very top of the to and that's a high mountain to stay on top of.

The GTX 690 came out in April of last year...Arkham Origins just came out NOW. The fact that its still hovering over 50 with everything on full blast + physx is a GOOD thing. If I were him I would invest in an older nvidia card and use it as my physx card to offload some of that pressure...I bet his frames would shoot to a consistent 70+ minimum with a $100 dedicated card for physx.

edit: I just saw the video and his average FPS was 75...you are out of your mind if you think that's bad.

something was wrong with your setup then cuz I can hit 50 to 60fps maxed out at 1440p with tressfx off. I have a 7870 and a fx4100. batman runs smooth as butter on my rig maxed out. I'll post up my benchmark later. you must have unreasonable expectations.

Xbox1 - 720p BF4

PS4 - 900p BF4

while my PC ive only upgraded my processor in January other than that all parts 1 - 2 year old can play BF4 high-max settings 1080p and never drop below 60 FPS

when will you realize that no one makes games specifically for the super-powered PCs you nerds set up? All you getting is the same games I am with slightly better resolution and frame rate. If you think that is worth all the extra money and time you put it, then so be it.

All I know is NBA 2K14 on PS4 looks better than anything we've seen to date on PC.

And that is with inferior specs than many top end PCs. Why is that? Because developers are finally making games that target high end specs. Compare NBA 2K14 current gen with mods and all that other crap on the most high power PC and it still pales in comparison to next gen 2K14 on the inferior specs of the PS4. Now will next gen look better on high end PCs? Sure. But to me it isn't worth the cost or time just to get better resolution/frame rate of games I can get on consoles.

If developers actually made games SPECIFICALLY for the supped up specs of high end PCs, then you nerds might be on to something. But until then, ya'll are just some losers who like to spend a little too much time playing computer games. Real nikkas like myself got a life and more important shyt to do than spend all our time upgrading or playing around with a computer. We'd rather just have it all set up for us, so that all we gotta do is just pop in the disc and start gaming.

I don't know what kinda PCs yall running but my shyt dips below 60 FPS. in fact i'm so sick of it that i'm gonna go out and buy a graphics card that's about at least $600 just to avoid that.

16 GBs of RAM

i mean many games i can run at about the best settings but 60 FPS is not the bare minimum and i'd say my graphics card is borderline the bare minimum you need for that and it was pushing $400 when i bought it earlier in the year.

TXAA on high is going to significantly drop max FPS on any set up. Stick to consoles bruh.

how do you do benchmarking on the new Batman game?

I maxed out settings on it but I got some slowdown .. i wasn't surprised since i am using 6780 radeon graphics card.

I didn't find any options for benchmark though.
