Yes I don't really have a job where I can't do work but I love working from home.

Only difference I don't have to Fake it

When I worked in the office id have random spreadsheetd and documents open like I was doing something when I'd be on my phone

Yep, that’s the biggest difference for me, not having to fake like I’m busy. More relaxed, can take more breaks, can listen to music while I’m working, don’t have to worry about the fake small talk with coworkers

shyt is way better on this side :blessed:

Would love to work from home more but I work with a lot of younger staff who don't know shyt. We also work in a client facing industry and our clients want us to be in their offices. All good though, rather not work an extra 10-20 hours making up shyt the staff fukks up.

I probably work more now than I did in office.
I had that issue with my last job, so I quit. No way was I going to let them keep taking advantage of the wfh situation and give me a shytload of work, expecting me to work 12 hour days Monday through Friday when in the office it was only 8. I did it for as long as I could before I quit. best decision I made.

My new job is much much better. I work about 5 hours a day, each day, still the same nice salary. I’m busy enough to where I’m not bored, but not too busy where I don’t have a life.

Our wfh schedule is now cut down to two days a week. Required in office 3 days. Those two days at home I am actually working my @ss off and usually like an hour to two extra. I work in an extremely busy IT Dept, I do Datacenter OS support and automation and this sheet sucks. Endless failures all freaking day long

Worse part about WFH is now I really dont think I can work 5 days in an office anymore. Occasionally I have to go in a 4th day bec someone calls out sick or something and hot damm its a real job to drag myself in for day 4

I only worked about 3-4 hours when I was in the office. I was walking the parking and on the phone with family and friends the majority of my shift. Now I work maybe 2 hours a day a spend the remaining time cleaning the house hanging with my family during downtime. Im looking forward to us getting busy so I can work overtime from home.
