What type of jobs are yall nikkas doing where yall only working a few hours in your shift?

I work claims and I'm literally working and on the phone from start to end of shift. I'm either typing up letters, doing interviews/statements, setting up appointments , returning voice-mail, and a host of other claim related shyt

Like put me on and is it paying more 25/hr or more?

:feedme:
The more you make, the less you do.. My coworker just got promoted to manager and can't figure out what he's supposed to do all day. There is literally shyt to do but putting out the fires of the people under him. This is why people who make more money, also have a lot more time to make other money.. Now imagine what HIS boss is doing all day...

It's easy to cruise the internet for the next move and make connections all day, when you're allowed to be on the phone, computer, take breaks and move around freely... How much "free" time does a mcdonalds or walmart worker get? Do they even get to use their phones during work?

I left my office job that I’ve been “working” (getting paid to sleep and travel during the pandemic) for a better paying and noteworthy gig. They actually got me working, but I don’t mind it. I start going to the office for half of the week starting in Jan. and I can’t wait :ehh:

As a little kid, one of the dreams I wanted was to work from home so I could play video games all day. Because of the pandemic, I got to live out that dream, but at what cost :mjcry:

Been working from home since March 2020. I do real work for about 45 minutes a day. The rest I'm chilling playing video games, grocery shopping, going to doctors appointments, cooking and sleeping.

Sometimes I sit back and think, "They are really paying me for this shiit?"

:lolbron:
I usually get all my shyt done in 3-4 hours. But this is no different than in the office where u pretend to work half the time.

I have 275 hours of PTO banked. If I don't get it down to 200 by the end of the year they are gonna take the excess and put it in my 401k.
I don't understand people that still use their PTO like we are still in the office. Got some co-workers who habitually use theirs and complain about not having enough. Meanwhile mine is stockpiled and cashed out and I have gone on more vacations than them

I actually do more work from working from home than going in the office. To be honest I like it this way fukk sitting in traffic etc... my work has been noticed got a nice raise again and a merit increase this month.

Shyt is the truth.

I switched roles and got a promotion within the same department at work about 6 years ago. Went from grinding hard every day to playing Skyrim for 8 hrs at least 4x/week.

Workload increased for awhile but it was still much less than what I had been doing before.

Now, it ebbs and flows. Busy in spring/summer but slow in fall/winter.

More money = less work unless you just create projects and work to do.

Yup, I cancelled all my PTO for the year and will have it cashed out on my final paycheck for the year. WFH is already PTO for me :mjlol:
