If you think reparations is a pipe dream, then what makes you think any sort of mass voting for Dems, would make these white politicians take steps towards even the incremental community redressing? If they have no incentive to give ADOS reparations, then surely no amount of collective voting will give them the incentive to even give ADOS the incremental crumbs you claim they’ll get by voting democrat consistently and unwaveringly. What do you think politicians are willing to meet with the black community with that’ll collectively put black people on an even playing field with others?

What else will these politicians be willing to cede to black voters if not reparations? What’s the point of voting if they can just not give a damn about the black agenda when they see fit? “It’s never gonna happen” rhetoric is a sure fire way to get black people to the polls.
