I know there's a huge agenda against CP on this site, and after this series especially I'm not going to try to fight said agenda, but if you're a clippers fan and don't see the importance of CP then I really do hope he leaves, so ya'll can go back to being a perennial lottery team.

The last two games where we started to take over the series, the only player I was worried about was CP3. He played great, nikkas expecting him to be Kobe/Jordan and shyt in the 4th but his frame is NOT built for that shyt. He can get you points, but he needs his teammates to step up when he gives them a good opportunity to score.
That's the thing he didn't. Him not taking control of the offense when the Rockets starting eating away at the lead was one of the main reasons why yall kept capitalizing on the momentum - ultimately winning the game. The 'best player' on the team who has the ball in his hands the majority of the time, and who runs the offense needs to realize this, especially for someone that's a so-called all-time great floor general/PG. He fades in and out of games far too often.

He only started to be aggressive in Game 7 when yall had a 20-pt lead in the 4th quarter, which was too little too late. He shouldn't have allowed it to get to that point in the first place.

But yet melo is criticized for the same thing while cp3 just skates on by with the teammates excuse . ( not saying you criticize melo ) when has melo ever had a Blake level player ?
But melo is 6'7 and paul is 6'0. Its much easier for Melo to take over a game than it is for paul. Its not efficent for a pg to take over the game and win it by mainly scoring consistently from game to game. That was evident with iverson and its evident presently with russell, who had an mvp srason but couldn't will his team past a bigger player who also had an mvp season in anthony davis and you cant sit there and say that davis had a better team or better supporting cast over russell.

Come to houston paul. Well appreciate you

He did his job when it push came to shove. Do you know that the rivers, reedikk, crawford, and barnes shot under 30% on uncontested perimeter shot while cp3 shot nearly 50%. Blake has one primary job while cp3 has multiple responsibilities on the court and he upheld his but when your shooters dont do thier part, there's not much paul can do cuz if he phases them out and do his, guess what the clippers offense loses their dynamics and become predictable (which is the word yall use to describe and criticized houston as) and makes their offense easier to defend

He didn't do his job, because when you're the 'best player', leader and the player that controls the ball your job is to put the team in the best position of winning. And miss me with this "multiple responsibilities on the court" bullshyt - ALL star players have multiple responsibilities. The problem with Paul is he's too passive for someone that dominates the ball so much. He only started being aggressive in the 4th quarter when they were down by 20 - he can't afford to that in a Game 7 - that is not putting your team in the best position to win and that's not managing the game properly.

I mean that's fine if you wanna say he did is job, and it was his teammates that didn't do the rest, but if that's the case we're gonna have to drop him from 'one of the best PGs/one of the best players' conversation altogether.

How are you absolving the shooters of all blame when they cant even hit 35% on their open jumpers? Paul and balke were playing 2 on 5 out there after game 4.....

Ppl saying the clips lack depth. Nope the problem is all their depth is starting. Redikk and barnes are reserve. The clip need some starter.

Your so quick and astute to say that the rockets are a flawed team put togethrr but choose remain oblivious of that fact when it comes to the clippers. Theyre a flawed team.
