Juwan Evans, Dennis Smith, and Fox all got outplayed by Joel Berry :manny:

Head to head might not be the end all be all to what determines who you draft

Just wonder how salty Lakers nation would be (but in the long run probably happier) if the Celtics took Lonzo first. Though Fultz is the better prospect and they would end up with the better player in the immediate and long run.
Its on sight for every celtics fan.
U have a sticker on your car of celtics?
It's on sight.

The Lakers all but said they want star power. They want the team to be exciting and they want eyeballs on the Lakers again. They want Lonzo so much, they don't give a fukk how it affects Russell.

Remember those Summer League games the Lakers had with Russell? it's gonna be like that x10. When the Lakers get 25 National Games despite still being wack, it won't have anything to do with Ingram, Russell, Zubac or Randle. It's about Lonzo and his crazy pops in the crowd.

It should help Russell to draft Ball. Much easier scoring opportunities.

LOL. UCLA beat us early in the year when Fox was still recovering from an injury and Fox dropped 20 and 9 ast on Ball. Then we played in the tournament and Fox made Ball look like a fukking amateur when he dropped 39 points on his fukking head. Fox outplayed Ball both times we played UCLA.

to be fair lonzo got screened the whole game
fox aint really break him down with the handles 1 on 1 :manny:

This is not news.

The Lakers organization has maintained from the beginning that they weren't locked on to any one player. That's an entirely media fueled narrative. They're going to take a look at and work out multiple players before decided on who they'll draft (which is what EVERY team does).

The shyt about having Fox and Ball play one on one :stopitslime:

That's gotta be the dumbest and most blatantly fabricated shyt I've ever heard. Neither players agent would allow them to do something stupid.

1 on 1 workout is how Thomas Robinson ended up going 5.
He was supposed to go top 2 at the time and ended up top 5. Bobcats chose MKG to foster a hard-working and winning environment(how well that worked out is :ehh:) Wizards desperately needed shooting at #3 and the cavs wanted scoring at #4 which bumped him down to #5.

They would start a riot in LA if that happened

Plus they always said they were going to look at Fox. Ball beat Fox multiple times last year but that last game stood out the most to them (despite Balls physical/personal issues at the time)

Plus Fox is a really good kid. Easy to like and a good backup if they need it.

Fox would be better in Philly or Pheonix though and would not help the Lakers right now imo

He beat him one time last year I always thought Ball looked better in the victory over U.K.
