This is not news.

The Lakers organization has maintained from the beginning that they weren't locked on to any one player. That's an entirely media fueled narrative. They're going to take a look at and work out multiple players before decided on who they'll draft (which is what EVERY team does).

The shyt about having Fox and Ball play one on one :stopitslime:

That's gotta be the dumbest and most blatantly fabricated shyt I've ever heard. Neither players agent would allow them to do something stupid.

Why wouldnt Fox want to do a 1v1?

Josh Jackdon doesn't fit with Philly at all. If I'm Philly I make the call to try to trade up a spot. I think Lonzo would fit perfect with Simmons since he's really like a 2 with tremendous padding skills.

The Sixers also have space to pick up one or 2 of our shytty contracts. Who says no to a Lakers 2nd and deng for the 3rd and a future first? Even tho I know the FO moves Lonzo, if the price is right I think they'd move down. And Philly has the assets to get who they want.

I often wonder why people don't do this more

Draft who you know a team wants. Then trade for their pick and another player

I'm sure if ainge took ball, they could definitely get the 2nd or 3rd pick and another player for him

I wish the T-Wolves did that with us for Okafor...Lakers would gladly take Towns.

Yeah Boston, go ahead and take Ball, we will take Fultz

Lonzo Ball to the Lakers is a done deal. They had a reality show based in Beverly Hills ready to go months ago.

Magic knew the Lakers were getting the #2 pick a month ago.

Luke Walton slipped and let the cat out the bag a few weeks back.."Magic already let me know we're getting our pick this year. That was a relief"

Reporters had to nudge him on some "Smile & pretend like you're joking" shyt because he looked more serious than a heart attack.

Ball is 100% a Laker.....nothing's changing
That's y I knew the lotto is a joke

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
Because the downside is they say "fukk it" and then you're stuck with a player you don't really want. Do you really want their 28th or 33rd pick that much?

Lakers would just take Fultz :yeshrug:

No no no. I can see if you drafting some bum OR trying to get some 20s type pic

Everyone on earth pretty much saying ball is going number 2. He's that good.

The ONLY reason Boston won't take him, is because they already have a PG

So why not take him, then let the lakers and Sixers fight over what they giving up for him. They both need a point guard. There ain't one as good as ball.

Furthermore, you not taking a pg anyway. So even if they took fox then Jackson instead, you still haven't lost the player you wanted and still can trade lonzo

What I'm basically saying is, isn't a #1 picked rookie a better trade asset?

I'm sure Indiana would give you PG and a few picks for ball in a heartbeat

Fox would have to test allot better then Ball for them to take him

If their even equal then their gonna go with Ball. Too much local pressure to take him

You can say that doesn't matter to them but their human and that's gonna play into it

I honestly feel so bad for Lonzo. So talented and it's completely overshadowed by his obnoxious father. I haven't heard him speak once, his dad does all the talking and PR and honestly has turned so many people off and against the son. He's doing him such a disservice, its kind of sad and I can see it blowing up in his face

If Lavar's comments are turning people against Lonzo that's a poor reflection of those people. There's NO reason to be anti-Lonzo. Being anti-Lonzo because of Lavar is just bytchassness.
