To be honest, i found it a bit funny. Not intentionally, mind you but it is a ridicolous way to die. I know you want people to be PC about it. But facts are facts.
If something happened to me like that I wouldn't hold it against anyone to find the humor in it. But I'm also a devout Christian so I don't think of death as some terrible thing but rather a graduation to a higher plane. You're feeling offended not because what we're doing is wrong, but because death scares you and I understand that as well. But I guarantee when you eventually die you'll not care one bit about peoples morbid senses of humor.

Medical malpractice is NOT a joke. My unk passed away last month DROWNING while the nurses gave him a bath after his surgery. And my mom had to be held in the hospital for 6 months after a fukk up in a "routine" surgery. Goddamn man this shyt got me heated fukk
