And even then under normal cases an attorney (which this dude doesn’t have) or the judge would order a psych evaluation for a defendant this far gone.

First off fakkit, calm the fukk down. Second of all, fukk your question I gave you an answer.

Third of all, a state psychologist would have to deem him insane which usually begins with the interviewing detective or their lawyer requesting a psych evaluation. That’s the protocol when it comes to CACS and it ends way worse for them as a result even though you’d first think that the death penalty is the harsher option.

And from my initial post I said this is a deeper ethics issue. Fukk this fakkit murderer, no one is caping for him. Again, as I said in my initial post if he was deemed insane his life imprisonment under the harshest drugs you could imagine would be way worse than him getting the easy way out by death penalty.

But again, as I said in my initial post some of you are too emotional to understand where I’m coming from.
