The country you live in still has to run so long as it stands. Until there is a political reform that gives you better governance you still have to play the politics game. Like it or hate it. This is that fake third option. Opting out entirely and doing nothing. Often presented as the true enlightened choice when it's giving up entirely. But life is not a spectator sport.
Yes it's all sides and you still gonna have to chose every election. That's a reality that comes with being a citizen. As long as you are in that country you can't escape the politics.

What chances? Withholding votes is not taking a chance. One party does not want you to vote at all the other takes your vote for granted. This is the issue that is often presented regarding the political field. The Republican strategy for Black voters is to not appeal to them and also make sure that they don't vote Democrat. They are not vying for your votes. They have gone to bed with supremacists and planted their flag there. They don't want Jamaal because they lost Karen as one of their reps recently learned. Look at what happened in Georgia.
Rethugs need to be in the highest court for creating an exclusionary space in a two party system based on race. Perhaps down the line America gets a system where they also have coalition style government to force parties to compromise to rule. A real third option. Meanwhile the show must go on

"Democracy" is when you are only allowed two options, one of them is terrible, the other is worse, and you are blamed for the worse one winning if you have moral standards high enough to refuse to accept the terrible.

Ok I’m wrong. Biden is a great representation of this country. He is not the laughingstock of the world. The poor approval ratings are fake too. There is no one else the Democrats could have found to replace him.

The second a 3rd or 4th or 5th party became legitimate they would scramble to A. kill it B. Absorb it or C. deliver on promises.
