The idea that you have to be gay to fight for gay rights is silly. Solidarity in the face of oppression is and has always been a good thing. Not to mention, the church has pretty much always been used as a tool of racism against black Americans since Christianity was introduced to the Americas. Blacks for some strange reason like to pretend they're not fighting a similar enemy as the LGBTQ community due to being indoctrinated into a hateful religion

It should also be noted Christianity has also launched an all out assault on women's rights and women's healthcare. They're the enemy folks, just because you are a Christian doesn't mean you shouldn't stand against the hateful aspects of the religion.

The decision is couched in the language of liberalism regarding how an individual woman should choose to use their body (negative liberty re: bodily autonomy).

It’s anti gay but it doesn’t say go persecute people like that, it just says don’t be gay. As a Christian you can’t FORCE anyone to do anything, you can try to influence someone sure but that’s like a default of social groups in general.
