How..... it would have to be a real revolt to even think about that...they won't even give ppl decent healthcare ...u think they gonna just cut a check for 300 million ppl every month...keep dreaming....but I do wonder how they expect this ship to keep floating tho...everybody can't be a code writer or programmer

Not at the moment, but what happens when everybody CAN write code? That's what we're headed toward, and that's when we're gonna have bigger problems. Just go on Fiver right now and look at what guys in India are willing to do in Python for $5-10

retail industry be fukking themselves over - prime example - i went to dikk's this week to buy some new sports bras and these shyts were merchandised ALL wrong, i could not find what i was looking for. how the fukk you have a big sign on the rack saying "high impact bras" and then 80% of bras are low and medium support :dahell:? the few high impact ones were a mish mash of brands and styles, find a style you like, there's no others like it so you can find your size, find your size, and it's not the color or style you like. i went to three different racks and that hot mess made me give up, i walked out of there with nothing - a place that had plenty of bras, just so poorly organized you couldn't shop them. go online, and in two clicks i can filter down to exactly what i need and have it to me in 2 days.

what bra you end up getting:shaq:

Sort of. If you don't take advantage of all their benefits, then its not worth it.
I use it to watch amazon prime shows and movies. And there's free shipping. and free ebooks.
If someone is just getting free shipping, they would need to be a frequent shopper to get their membership fee back.

My boss and me were thinking that they inflate regular prices to make prime look like a better deal. We saw some suspect price changes. I don't trust it anymore.

when you have to be proficient in 4 programming/scripting languages in the future just to earn minimum wage :mjcry:

when the entire country is getting their paycheck from Jeff Bezos :mjcry:

when you can choose between clean drinking water rations or money as your form of payment :mjcry:

Y’all really talk like some conservative cacs man:mjlol:

“Adapt or die”

“fukk these businesses”

:mjlol:Who the fukk thinks like this
At the end of the day shoppers want to save money and so do the companies. Many of us really do need to adapt to the changing job environment. It's a reality.

Personally I rarely use amazon and the times I did I wasn't happy with the purchase except for books. I still shop locally because it's easier for me. I do scour the internet for better prices on expensive items that I cannot find locally though.

starting car waiting in traffic going to the mall, looking for a place to park. Walk from car to inside the mall, find item i want have to wait in line to check out. Head to car start car and drive home, realize I really don't want the item anymore, repeat every step but wait longer for the customer service line.

OR go to amazon sign into account add to cart, receive item the next day or two days max, open box, realize I don't want item, print return label pack up in same box drop at my local post office

How can people shop without seeing and touching the item first. I hate trying on clothes but I be damn if I order a shirt and it comes in to big or small. Now I gotta wait to get a next one and hope it's right?

Nah I'll pass

I personally know my size. And I am not a clothes hound like that. I dress for necessity.......I mean I can dress.....

I heard the government is thinking of adding a tax to online retailers to fix this issue, they think its unfair marketplace adavantages for online retailers. Amazon doesn't pay taxes on their sales the same as a Department store does.
theres some taxes on amazon

i think it should be taxed :yeshrug: obviously fukk taxes, but look at it from an objective standpoint. something has to offset all the fukkin jobs its killed, etc
