Are there any kickers in his contact for intercepting Hail Mary's? Non turnover creating ass...

Ok let's be honest, Gronkowski is an injury machine, and I don't think he is better then Jimmy Graham, Vernon Davis, or Jason Witten.

As amazing as Revis is, it doesn't solve the Patriots biggest issue which is a rather anemic pass rush. The gap between Revis and Talib is not as wide as people are making it. Revis is nearing the end of his prime.

Tom Brady has maybe a good year or two left, his window is closing.

They will likely lose Julian Edelman to free agency.

Teams get injured every day, every team has to contend with injuries, The Broncos played over 1/3 season without guys like Von Miller.

Yes they are overrated, are they better than the 49ers, Seahawks, Panthers, Packers, in fact forget the NFC, are they better than the Broncos, the Colts, I wouldn't discount the Jets this year so easily, as well. The Patriots will win the division because the AFC is not great aside from the aforementioned teams. I never said they would be trash and it's still early but people also crown them too quickly.

You know Pats split games with the Broncos right? as for the Colts :why:. So basically you are saying the they can reach the AFC Championship, and that would be a disaster how?

It's a celebration bytches! :blessed:

I love the deal. I wouldn't call it a rental, I'd call a real deal. fukk signing a long term deal, just to have Revis whine for money or the Pat's demand a pay cut when they come to the time in the contract they knew they wouldn't want to live with. If Revis balls, I could see him signing another one year deal (for more money of course), there's just the risk another team would outbid. They would never franchise, Revis has shown he has no problem holding out.

I've always saluted Revis for knowing his
worth and working the system to get every deserved penny. :salute:

WE played twice last year and we split it 1-1 and you guys won the more important game no doubt, but you arent unbeatable breh. Each team deals with injuries and no doubt Broncos will have some next season too, so it's not a given all them players will play 16+ games next year.

Revis will match up with Thomas fine next season breh. He has held down better receivers!

Wilfork and Mayo will be back next season too, no more just running it up the middle with ease either.

Who are you guys? I'm a Colts fan. By the time Colts hit their peak Pats will be :flabbynsick:.

We might fukk around and pass you guys next year even with Revis. :ohhh:

Is this the annual 'the Pats will be terrible next year angle' :lolbron:

They weren't very good last year, AFC was weak. Colts were trashaverage and won 11 games, not impressed.

They won't be terrible, but they won't be a real contender either at this point.

No try harder team than the pats , pathetic

They're in win now mode. This move really doesnt change the balance of power in the division or even the conference. Pats were winning the AFC East with or without him.

My bad I thought you were a broncos fan raining on the parade. I agree Colts are only going to get better but until they are better than us remain seated.

Besides Broncos I dont see much change in the AFC hierarchy (on paper) so far. But seasons aren't won in March.

Good for Darrell Revis. $16 MILLY for one year!

Revis' agent's cut for working out the details of the contract: $1.6 milly!!!
Yesterday, Darrell is just sitting around waiting for dinner and his agent calls up with a one year contract offer of $16 million. If you were Darrell, would you dance, yell and jump like crazy or would you be calm, cool, and collected? I'd be going totally nuts.

He'll get another $12 or so million again next year. Two years $24 million and not being a QB:salute:

He'll break over $100 million in career earnings next year:whew:
