At this point RG3's struggle this season and his coach are an side issue. If Cousins continues to pay well, none of it matters because RG3 will likely not be the QB of the future.

I think the coli brethren are so set in their ways about hating RG3 that even when things like this arise its just ho-hum. Shanahan has set the trap to where RG3 will get labeled as a coach killer if he is fired and he will get his 7m. If he comes back he will have all the reason to bench RG3 if he ever struggles by playing Kirk here in mop up time and letting him shine. I had been giving RG3 a hard time for a long time about his antics and still think he could have handled some things better, but this mess has so many layers that it is hard to keep track of the lies.
