They expect them to pay their employees out of pocket :mjlol: . They was getting ready to fire the whole staff if they didnt get the ppp loan
Tom Brady signed a $50 million contract in 2020 with the Buccs. He's already made hundreds of millions of dollars, tell us how he was too broke to pay back that loan?

He can’t grasp the concept that business owners don’t pay employees, rent, utilities, supplies out of their own bank accounts. They use the company money, and loans.

He also doesn’t get that these people aren’t going to work in offices or factories everyday. They have people running their businesses.

The Coli is full of blue collar workers.
you can't grasp the fact that rich people took your tax dollars and you're making excuses about. this is funny to see. Are you telling me a man that just signed a $50million contract in 2020 can't afford to payback $960k?

LMAO.

You mean the blue collar workers that fund the source of said PPP loan? Would that be considered trickle up economics. Coli capitalist bootlickers going down with the ship on this one I love the enthusiasm :myman:

I never siad he was broke breh. It's just unrealistic to expect CEO's/ Owners to not lay off the staff once they start taking losses.

What kind of workers do you think got paid with the PPP funds?

It’s not their personal money. It’s BUSINESS MONEY. Most of those people aren’t even running it, and some may not have been the ones to personally apply.

The first rule of business is to use other people’s money. You don’t use your own money, period. That is how you go broke. I don’t expect you to understand that, which is why you keep saying he signed a contract, he can afford it. It’s not HIM, it’s his COMPANY.

I have a business. I don’t buy supplies with money from my checking account. I buy supplies with my business revenue, and my business credit card. I take a cut for myself of the revenue, and the rest is there for business expenses. That’s how a business operates. If I use all my own money, and the company goes under, I’m bankrupt. That is not a good business practice. You are confusing personal finance with business finance.

I wonder why people would react differently to someone obtaining a loan for its intended purposes and someone obtaining the loan to commit fraud.

That's a real head scratcher.
Your dumb ass OBVIOUSLY didn’t read the article OR read my post correctly :stopitslime:

Tom Brady will make $15 million dollars this year. The NFL did not stop for covid, he had the liquid assets via game checks to pay his debts. Explain to me why this man needed his loans forgiven? he was struggling?

So you don't know?

Just as the U.S. Department of Treasury and Small Business Administration have the discretion to forgive PPP loans, the U.S. Department of Education has the same discretion for federal student loans.
