but you aren't just working on "Contracts" you are also working to get deals outside of the sport, top class business deals. That's a full time commitment. I could see if it only entailed one task, but it's a multitude of tasks. Some remedial, and some enjoyable. At that point where you get big you may higher a bunch of other agents to deal with the remedial stuff, but that comes with progress.
If you have a LeBron or another high profile athlete, then yes that’s a full time gig. The majority of players don’t have endorsements or other stuff. And with my job, I don’t work during the summer. Any extra stuff can be done then
