but you aren't just working on "Contracts" you are also working to get deals outside of the sport, top class business deals. That's a full time commitment. I could see if it only entailed one task, but it's a multitude of tasks. Some remedial, and some enjoyable. At that point where you get big you may higher a bunch of other agents to deal with the remedial stuff, but that comes with progress.

You have to treat a lesser quality athlete like they are your Lebron, otherwise they will find another agent though. It's a lot of work behind the scenes. Even with those lesser tier athletes ,if you can't get them anything other than what they are getting on the court they will find another agent.Yes Many of these athletes you see don't get national endorsements, but they do get local endorsements in their local market, and speaking engagements which can pay pretty well for them.
But if you can make that work, part time as you say, then more power to you.

Thread is a little misleading. Made it seem like all of Klutch got paid most of their salary. Seems like it's just the elite.
