What is nikkas saying bout Rick Barry to get they comments removed

never seen that many at one time

folks are not allowed to discuss (or even hint at) how barry’s past racist comments could factor into him being overcritical of how the players are being officiated

it’s the palming the ball for me. Players will literally have their whole hand under the ball… I don’t blame dudes for getting their ankles broke these days.
Kobe (:rip:) used to be real bad wit this. He would sometimes bounce the ball high up and just palm the ball with his hand underneath and then continue his dribble I’d be like :dahell:
CP3 is real bad with it too, you could damn near call a carry anytime he dribbles

Voting yes before watching
Worst officiated league in all of sports globally
:mjlol:

There are fans of many sports who would disagree.

As for Rick, I don't agree because I'm not a rules purist. The game evolves as time goes on. Players figure out what they can get away with, the league gets feedback from the fans, and the league will adjust or let it go as those results dictate.

If fans want more points, the league will give them more points. If fans like crossovers and highlight plays, the league will promote that. :ehh:

The problem is when you go outside the rule book things become egregiously inconsistent

like another poster said it gets bad enough to the point you think that it’s rigged. That’s a problem

If you want to shift things to meet fan demands then adjust the rule book

I agree, but until they face some sort of massive fan backlash ie declining ratings, revenue, social media engagement, its very unlikely they'll do so.
