On another note, we as black men need to do 2-3 hours of cardio a week, no matter what our weights are. I’ve seen it in my family, our hearts aren’t built for this American fat+salt+alcohol lifestyle without exercise.
True. But I think this is the wrong way around
We need to stop eating that shyt first and then lead a more active health style.
I’ve stopped eating west African food just because of the amount of meat, salt, oil and fat that is in the dishes. I cut out meat and pretty my only eat 2 times a day and I’ve dropped a tonne of weight only in the same of a month
I just don’t know the condition of my heart
