When I was little I was like man this dude is so gay

I was probably in bout 5th grade a older dude I looked up to said look this dude ..... he has and has been with some of the finest women on the planet I was like

He told me to listen to his words in these songs you need to learn something

Every since that day ,,,,, I remember like it was yesterday I was a Prince fan . I can honestly say his music was appreciated and hit home with me through out my life . Rip

I literally woke still in shock that prince is dead. Its not right, he was one of the icons that I thought we'd definitely see in true old age. I wish I could have see him live. It aint right but when is it ever right? May he rest in peace!

Prince was one of the few black men getting white bytches that black women didn't resent. Who else could ball like that?

Really had THE perfect career. Had his own aesthetic. Hugely influential not just his shyt but Jimmy Jam and Terry Lewis.

That 80' s run is as good as any artist in history bar none. Classic after classic. Innovating and switching up along the way. Had block busters like Purple Rain and smaller selling masterpieces like Sign O The Times which is probably my number 1 album all time.


His 90s shyt mad underrated. The Gold Experience is great. Heard Gold yesterday and started bawling like a bytch brehs. Dudes music had some religious elements and that song had me in that space.

Even his very last album had joints. Art Artifial Age, the joint Time is been my shyt for a mi ute. He still had it and nevel fell off.

That catalogue who gets to own it though? Since he left no kin maybe the members of the revolution?
