So curry gets "shut down" .. he sucks

Kobe gets shut down ... the opponent was good

.... What else do I need to say?
I never even said he sucked you illiterate fakkit.

If we really want to get into this then we can talk about how Tony Allen was a better defender than Bradley is now and last time Curry met up with Bradley he got held to 9/27 shooting(he scored 38, but it's all about percentages to Kobe haters, isn't it?).

The point still stands. Nobody is pretending you are objective but why did you claim Curry was "shut down" by Delladova but when Kobe's poor shooting was brought up, you just noted it was good defense? Truth is, Curry was just in a slump in the playoffs but you wouldn't know that. My point is, why are you being so inconsistent?

More importantly, you should recognize you are being inconsistent. Why don't you take a deep breath, go outside, and find out a better way to spend your life than caping for somebody who wouldn't piss on you if you were on fire?

I'm as objective as you are, the only difference here is that I'm not making false claims about what other people said. When did I say Curry got shut down by Delladova?

Going off the season Steph is having so far it isn't too outlandish, Steph is on something we've never seen before BUT we have to see how it ends. He could have a cold streak that could lower his stats but if it continues he could end up having one of the GOAT peak seasons.

Somehow when I was quoting malik, it got mixed up with you. All you kobestans look alike anyway :jjjjj:

And I am absolutely objective about basketball in general. I praise and criticize many players, i praise and criticize the same player, and I don't stan anybody. Kobe is just a particular problem because for almost a decade, ballhogging and inefficiency was ruining basketball. Thankfully, the league has moved on from that but you stans have not.

Kobe's best seasons (such as his mvp season) were not his highest scoring. They were when he played balanced.

This is actually a great comparison from a peak standpoint. If Steph maintains this level of play in the postseason, I'd make the case that he's better than Kobe has ever been (and I'd define his peak as '08 or '09 rather than '06 b/c of his crazy playoff dominance)

Too early for this conversation...but I'm a say this much...Kobe was a volume scorer...and between 04-and 07 the nikka was the most green lit 2 guard in league history...:childplease: Jelly Bean said it himself...when he get that rock...he dun see nuthin but the rim...:russ:.....the yellow nikka Curry is not only doing what Kobe did and more...but he doing it within a system...he doing it off the ball...and he sitting in the 4th..passin the dutchie pun de left hand side from his teammates on the sideline..:myman: Nah....Kobe a lot of things...but he ain't never boss hog like this....
Stop. He's not doing what Kobe did. Is he doing something different yes. But he's not recreating Kobe's scoring feats in his prime. Not close.

shyt, there was a time people didn't know if it was going to be Eddie Jones or Kobe. Way too early to put Curry any where NEAR Kobe's legacy.

Facts are he held Curry down for 3 games. His poor play is why Igoudala got the Finals MVP. That's a fact. Kobe would never let some white boy and a little rough contact keep him out of his game for 3 finals games. Another fact. Let's see how Curry does this year first :yeshrug:
What are the 3 games he got kept out of? Game 2 was his only bad performance. The other 5 would be considered above average for Kobe.

Surround 2006-2007 Kobe with a Championship team and he gives you the greatest Offensive season ever too, people forget he doing this with Smush Parker, Kwame, Luke Walton, etc :scust:

You take Klay and Dray off this team and Steph ain't giving you these numbers :yeshrug:

I love Steph tho, and this Era it's def him.
:mjlol: at everything in this post. If you take Klay and Draymond off the team Curry would be averaging better numbers.

Prime Kobe averages 43ppg over the course of a month and scored 50+ in 4 straight games including two 60+ point games and we're still arguing. Y'all make me sick.

No one is saying Steph ain't having an all-time season. He is. But better scorer? Nah.
If this version of Curry was surrounded by similar players that Kobe had in 2007, and played 40+ minutes - he too would put up those numbers on better percentages.

:manny:
