Respectfully disagree. Steph's definitely a better 3pt shooter though. :yeshrug:
i remember telling you nikkas that Robert Horry was a little bitter back when Dwight was with the team and some nikkas in that thread thought i was crazy :russ: Everytime the Lakers loss, he'd lowkey go in on kobe.

I mean Steph's main competition right now are Durant, Lebron and Westbrook but prime Kobe is on his mind :dead:

There really isn't much debate that Curry is the best scorer in the game right now.

Do you understand what Curry would be doing if he took 40 shots a game regularly?
That's not how it works and you know this. You can't perfectly scale a player's shot count and say they are going to score x amount of points.

Now you're at the point where you're saying Curry is going to consistently score on prime Jordan/Kobe levels for an entire season which we don't know if he capable of. People act like just taking more shots is an easy task. Its not. Especially game in and game out.

People used to say the same things about LeBron as well. "Well if he shot 25 times a game he'd score 35+ppg." Well, that's good and all but it takes stamina, skill set, and mentality to do it. :yeshrug:

read what i said. think about what you wrote. And come up with a better reply :heh:
I did. No one right now is comparable to what Curry is doing now so why compare them? Horry is saying he's even better than the fairy tale stories of Kobe's prime.

Do you want to argue that Kobe wasn't better than current Durant, Westbrook, LeBron and there was no reason to bring him up? I'm cool with that one :smugfavre:

I'm not using a scale, but you need more input to get more output. Kobe scored 81 by taking close to 60 shots (when you include shot attempts that turned into free throws). He would not have scored 81 if he had taken half as many shots that night.

Curry just scored 50 on 30 shots. While that doesn't necessarily mean he'd have 100 with 60 shots, he would certainly be making some of those additional 30 shots.
