Can’t believe people are surprised by this. He made the playoffs EVERY year with Houston, MVP, multiple scoring titles and averaged over 30 for 3 straight seasons, got to the conference finals twice and if it wasn’t for the Warriors dynasty he’d have a ring by now.

In fact, he’s been the clear MVP over the last month, if he wins a ring this year the narrative with his career would do a complete 180 especially when you consider all his record breaking stats. In a team with arguably two of the most skilled iso scorers ever he’s stood out. Dare I say his combination of scoring and playmaking is second only to Lebron. He’s the blueprint Doncic has followed.

Governor sounds even worse than owner lol. Owner at least makes sense in terms of referring to financial control over an abstract entity but governor really emphasizes that you're in control of what other people do. Like you're their political master.
