I can't name another event where the opinions on the battles are so conflicted. Normally most people walk out the room with the same feeling.

Yeah this is crazy. I know several people who were there and all of their opinions are really different other than the shine/wavy battle.

Because it became obvious that people were calling battles for who they wanted to win.

Let's keep it real, lot of people wanted people to lose. People wanted verb to lose and be humbled, people wanted clips to get embarrassed and then you had people who wanted the rookies to do the same thing.

I'm not trusting anything until I see the footage except sno getting a hard 30 from real deal.

It always baffles me that grown people can't check their own biases. I totally get having favorites, but I def see quite a bit of obvious cases of "i just can't vote for him out of principle" type shyt. Not just in TBZ. TBZ is better, but still has some regulars who can't shed it.

People get so invested in wanting one dude to win that they're going to try and force it to them. I'm not forcing anyone a win they didn't earn, that's the reason we have so many half-assed clips battles.

I hate the whole live vs cam shyt, but it definitely applies to Verb.

You know what it is about Verb. Verb's style is dope as fukk, but there's certain part of the country that just don't really gravitate to it like that.

In Cali, everyone in the building said Dizaster beat Verb & bodybagged him. The footage dropped & Verb smoked him.

Remember they said he lost to Goodz in the building. Verb won a clear 2-1 despite a small stumble. They didn't even want to cheer for Verb unless he said some real undeniable shyt where they had no choice. That may have been one of the worst versions of Goodz I've ever seen & those ny nyggas where all on his nuts, especially Jadakiss.

One of the callers said it's gonna look bad for Brizz on footage because there was such a clear gap in lyrical ability.

I can't wait for these battles to drop

@spud i thought it was a 3-0 no body. nikkaz was gassing the rookies in general, and verb hate is even extra strong. lol brizz idk he was never like completely in his bag in the battle like how top was in his 2nd vs clips or even chess 3rd vs dna. verb it wasnt like the cortez verb but he had 3 very good rounds, well structured , his 2nd he broke down brizz style perfectly
