Lets begin again.. Joe mentioned it. Rory didn't want to bring it up because he didn't want to defame them. Then he realized Joe already did so it said it....Joe mentioned the company first. That’s why on rorys response he didn’t mention it at first until he was notified that Joe mentioned it first. And then Joe already said there wasn’t an error. Rory said there was an error but in the same breath said they fixed it and sent him the updated version
If you noticed an error from an accountant firm AND got it fixed, but you still don’t have the books to audit your percentage income... nvm I’m saying too much
They never said they didn't get any accounting. In fact, they said very clearly, they received an email first, then Joe sent an excel sheet, then the company sent accounting and there was a mistake. It was fixed. THEN they kept asking for MORE accounting as time went on... Joe stopped showing them accounting and now states they aren't owed any accounting...
Now that's the he said/she said....... Until Joe dumb ass gets on video stating it was a percentage deal, which means he did have to show them the numbers to calculate their percent, and there was no bonus cause it was profit sharing. "NET percentage off what I make on the podcast" as he says.
He's double talking, which is why we have 1 vid from them and a vid every day from Joe with a new story and 150 tweets.

That's called "not a salary" that's called, "a percentage"... Joe is an idiot though. A hustler. A great rapper.. But not smart.. You can tell when he says "This is the wording of the contract... Oops.. Can't do that. They'll sue me............................... This is what the contract says........"

He’s not smart and is obsessed with arguing basic shyt because he doesn’t understand it. This is exactly like him saying he doesn’t “owe” respect to friends. And like him telling Crooked he doesn’t “honor” contracts. He doesn’t understand the words or context. Owing friends respect isn’t like owing rent money, and honoring a contract isn’t like honoring your parents. He doesn’t get it.
He doesn’t want to say “percent” because he thinks it means they own a percentage of his company, when that isn’t really the case.
Who fixed the mistake and how did Rory get a copy of it.?
And I already posted that a profit sharing partner doesn’t have access to the books (per an usual contract)

I said rap culture.. Joe is a rapper.. Rappers get sued by companies all the time. Rappers sue companies.. But even you can name 50... maybe what? 2-3 others who went after someone to sue them.....
But how often is it between two people in the culture? Ross and 50? And 50 was seen as petty and nobody cared about his rapping when he did. And he lost.
