Rumors are circulating that Microsoft is trying to buy Silent Hills before E3

Sony has already started doing it to a certain extent with multi plat gaming, and "early" or "time exclusive" dlc an what not.

MS started this whole DLC on consoles nonsense last gen since they couldn't put all the game content on DVDs. Same thing with the Call Of Duty maps and shyt last gen.

You guys on here are seriously diminishing the value that Silent Hill has within the horror genre, is it a niche? Yes, but overall the series is still viewed positively.

Uh... I'll be happy to snag an exclusive away. But nobody would give a shyt about Silent Hill if it wasn't exclusive I mean, Kojima and the other guy make it worthy, but otherwise?

Also, Billions of dollars was talked about. Getting the game wouldn't cost that much. But getting Kojima and Del Toro to still create the game would cost some $$$. Kojima just so happens to have an openining, and could use the funds to get his own studio in a position QUICKLY to dominate the world.

I SERIOUSLY doubt this rumor. Noone is spending billions of dollars for Silent Hill. Thats just the red flag that proves this aint legit. And the part about the game being 80% done is just stupid.

4 was kinda meh

1-3 are classics IMO, with 3 probably being the scariest of the 3.

3 gets overlooked because part 2 introduced Pyramid Head and was a great improvement over the first one, but I personally think part 3 is the best silent hill game ever made.
