Yes, Flair currently holds the record at 113 days after his debut. If Balor wins at SummerSlam, it would be 28 days after his debut that he wins the title.

Should have called the belts Raw heavyweight Championship, and Smackdown heavyweight Championship. 

Then they could bring back the world title when they unify them or some shyt.


Even though Dean's belt has the legacy. Its not realy the world belt right now. And regardless of what they say or do with belts, Raw champion is more important than SD champ. And I don't think there's anything wrong with that.
