Cloud gaming is still were gaming is headed nothing has changed.
This last year alone this has been proven, and shown by people all over the industry. The only folks in denial are Sony stans
Consoles don't matter hardly as much as they use to and that will continue to get worse for those who want Dedicated hardware that just sits under a screen not console hybrids like the switch or steam deck/ Rog ally
Sony blew millions if not billions trying to cash in on GAAS. The whole I give you some cash you give me a game in return model is not the optimal way to maximum profits of games anymore ESPECIALLY not triple A games.
Price increase always matter but it doesn't matter to me if I'm still getting value of the product
Before COVID we had 9 GameStop in our city and surrounding areas. Filled with 80 percent games
We have 3 now

fill with about 40 percent games and the rest is gaming merch.
You can even go to a GameStop on day of release in the evening and expect to pick up a physical copy of a game even if its popular.
They gonna tell you to go online order it and you can pick it up there when it comes in
I've already said this, Microsoft just needs hardware standard certifications. Gaming is in a space were it's a race to be all in one and connected everywhere from everything.
I'm sure it'll be ok once OEM PlayStation products start dropping though
Hey man, I remember when Sony stans had jokes about Netflix and apps on the Xbox or who needs a web browser on their gaming console.
Look at y'all now
