TYRONE GA!
A Chronological journey into the XBot spin:

1. Hardware/performance doesn't matter. Who cares about the hardware when you have the cloud? (Remember when Forza physics were only possible with the cloud? Go to PSN and tell me what game you find there.)
2. Exclusive games don't matter. Who buys consoles for the exclusives?
3. Console sales don't matter. Why buy consoles anymore when you can play the same game everywhere?
4. Video game sales don't matter. Why buy games when you can rent them?
5. Price increases don't matter. What ya'll don't have $10 more dollars a month?
6. Retail space doesn't matter. Who even goes to stores anymore?

I'm telling you. We're almost there. Give it a year or two max and we'll be able to add:
7. Microsoft no longer making Xbox consoles doesn't matter. Why don't you have a PC? Can your PS6 open an excel spreadsheet?
Xbots are the Fox News of Gaming

Cloud gaming is still were gaming is headed nothing has changed.

2. Exclusive games don't matter. Who buys consoles for the exclusives?
This last year alone this has been proven, and shown by people all over the industry. The only folks in denial are Sony stans
3. Console sales don't matter. Why buy consoles anymore when you can play the same game everywhere?
Consoles don't matter hardly as much as they use to and that will continue to get worse for those who want Dedicated hardware that just sits under a screen not console hybrids like the switch or steam deck/ Rog ally
4. Video game sales don't matter. Why buy games when you can rent them?
Sony blew millions if not billions trying to cash in on GAAS. The whole I give you some cash you give me a game in return model is not the optimal way to maximum profits of games anymore ESPECIALLY not triple A games.

5. Price increases don't matter. What ya'll don't have $10 more dollars a month?
Price increase always matter but it doesn't matter to me if I'm still getting value of the product
6. Retail space doesn't matter. Who even goes to stores anymore?
Before COVID we had 9 GameStop in our city and surrounding areas. Filled with 80 percent games

We have 3 now :mjlol: fill with about 40 percent games and the rest is gaming merch.

You can even go to a GameStop on day of release in the evening and expect to pick up a physical copy of a game even if its popular.

They gonna tell you to go online order it and you can pick it up there when it comes in :mjlol:

I've already said this, Microsoft just needs hardware standard certifications. Gaming is in a space were it's a race to be all in one and connected everywhere from everything.

I'm sure it'll be ok once OEM PlayStation products start dropping though :mjlol:

Hey man, I remember when Sony stans had jokes about Netflix and apps on the Xbox or who needs a web browser on their gaming console.

Look at y'all now :mjpls:

That's a whole lot of words breh. You pretty much agreed with and added justification for each point.
A simple dap would have sufficed.

But I'll keep it 100, even if that was true I'd have no shame about it.

The only reason I was able to experience all the games I was able to growing up was because of rentals(blockbusters and mom and pop locations), pay to play (arcades) demo units ( department and toy stores) and subscription services (Sega Channel)
