Had nothing to do with ego. The GM had to make a decision between keeping Harden or Ibaka. They chose Ibaka because at the time it made sense. Hindsight is always 20/20. Harden is basically a point guard as well, so if I'm choosing between him and Russ, I'm picking Russ.

As far as Reggie Jackson goes, clearly it was something HE was doing that got him traded. Because Russ and KD never talked down on anybody else like they're doing this dude. He probably thought he was better than them and said so to them.
