Don’t vote brehs....

Allow Trump to have another lifetime SC judge brehs...
You do realize that this election will mostly be decided by white people right? They are the majority and a lot more of them will show up for this election given the circumstances. Trump might win tbh:yeshrug:. I predict a higher conservative voter turnout compared to the past since a lot of conservative Cacs see thise as their last chance to "keep America great". On top of that you have moderate Cacs that might vote for Trump after they seen all the riots take place across America. Our only chance is if enough young liberal Cacs show up to vote:francis:. Keep in mind that we are only 10% of the population, rest are Cacs.

The end times. Imagine if Trump gets re-elected:mjlol:. Affirmative action about to disappear:yeshrug:.

Affirmative action actually has benefitted white people specifically white women than black people. Remember affirmative action are for "minorities". Basically if you arent a straight white man, you are considered a "minority". Yall gotta understand that they use coded language in law and the supreme court basically either validates it or invalidates it. It's foul. Thats why these lawmakers/politicians, judiciaries and the shadow figures behind them and around need to be focused on.

Police is law enforcers for the laws the lawmakers/government creates and the judiciary are the ones that interpret the law based off of the constitution. The fact that the judiciary has that power is more than enough reason why that whole lifetime term shyt in the supreme court needs to go. I dont trust none of the justices as all of them have made some questionable shyt when it comes to the supreme court.

I mean I already knew that. I;m just saying that given how things have been going (yale lawsuit etc.) there's a very good chance that affirmative action won't exist in 5 years. Trump might accelerate that timeline.

You think you and your ilk can fool us talking about ":ohhh:"?

Yes, because we need another conservative on the SCOTUS?

Easy to be a Monday morning quarterback. No one thought Hillary would lose. Also, they already refused to vote on Merrick Garland.
They're the same people thinking that Trump can't possibly win a second term.

Affirmative action hasnt helped black people though which is the point. The case that it came from if I'm not mistaken was university of Michigan law school case involving a black woman. I forgot what loophole or other case they decided that they pulled that rendered affirmative action useless.

EDIT: I was wrong about the university of Michigan case but the affirmative action case was this

The Supreme Court . Expanding Civil Rights . Landmark Cases . Regents of University of California v. Bakke (1978) | PBS

nikkas panicking in here :snoop:

This is bad but relax, Trump is not winning a second term
If he gets another far right judge in then it wont matter if he wins or not.

Any progressive issues that are brought before the supreme court would automatically be shot down for the next 20 years. All tangibles specifically for black people would be laughed out the room.

Democrats have to take some responsibility here. They’re either stupid, they’re either cowards or they’re complicit and this is all just political theater for us idiots at home not realizing both parties are working for the same people behind closed doors. I’m trying to make sense of this. I don’t know about y’all but me, it just takes someone once to stab me in the back and they dead to me. So it doesn’t make sense for the Republicans to continuously act in bad faith to the point of corruption and criminality yet the Democrats for whatever reason give them chance after chance instead of crushing them as they should. And that need to cross the aisle, to be above the fray, to be honorable and go high when they go low not only is never returned by the Republicans, it ends up with us paying the price as we about to right now :scust:Why didn’t the Democrats raise hell when the Republicans wouldn’t let Obama choose a SC judge. They got bytch slapped and didn’t do sh*t. And they still to this day talk about crossing the aisle :scust: You don’t beat bullies by being nice until they stop beating your ass :scust: Fukk I wish they’re was another liberal minded party. So disgusted right now. Fukking Ned Stark ass muthafukkas. And no I’m not saying don’t vote Democrat. I’m voting Biden. I’m just absolutely disgusted by us being bytches. These dudes continuing to do foul evil sh*t and we do nothing to check them.

Let it not be lost that Mitch McConnell sat on the Heroes Act for months because he 'saw no urgency' but didn't even wait an hour after RBG died to announce he would bring a new Supreme Court nominee to a vote on the Senate floor

Not to mention earlier this week he rushed to confirm six judges to lifetime appointments in the lower courts.

Because all these old ass career politicians are from an era where Republicans were some what on the same page as them and agreeable to most common sense issues. Democrats really think the system is working as it should, they still think Republicans will come around like they did with Nixon.

When trump made that comment about running for a third term, I saw people defending the shyt. They claimed that he meant Trump Jr would run after his second term, then they were entertaining the idea of trumps daughter winning after Trump Jr.

They were excited about this, this is what the Republican base is now and these old ass Democrats dont understand that they cant win playing fair anymore.

Word. So why did the Republicans have Obama scared to do anything his first two years in office? They had no power then, right? Why didn’t we put our foot down their mouths? They willing to go scorched earth and we’re not. As far as the Garland ruling, the Democrats could’ve contested it. It would’ve been long and drawn out, probably not been successful and distracted people from the Trump-Hilary election but they could’ve did it. They just decided it wasn’t worth it.

You clearly don’t know politics. The Dems couldn’t do jack shyt when the republican senate said no vote. The senate holds all the power. Dems pander, Republicans ignore rules and play to win. Then they got the power. And yet still folks are hesitant to vote dem. :heh:Folks gonna bang that don’t vote drum til they get enough senators to amend the constitution and then wonder what happened

What do you mean it's not just about reparations? Reparations IS the vehicle by which this country will come to a collective reckoning.

So you are for reparations and believe that it’s attainable by demanding it in return (among other things) for our support?
:patrice:

Or are you one of those “We just gotta get Trump out! fukk the reparations!” type brehs?
:martin:

Where do you stand?
