I'm married so stuff may have changed a bit since i was out there but, i mean is that common now?

Like, chicks waiting 2 weeks to go on a date so they can eat a steak? Are these hood chicks? Surviving on Ramen noodles until the big day so they can feast?

I wouldn't say that it's overly common, but a lot of young women are of the impression that all they have to do on a date is show up. Show up to the date and can't stop looking at their phones. Trying to finesse a dude into spending as much as possible. Not a care in the world about getting to know their date.

Personally I see your side seriously but I can speak for people that think it's just a place to eat. Imean some people in the world can easily spend 100plus for a meal a day.

I've been to ruths chris several times, and can afford it, but I still think its a bit much for a first date. There are very good food spots with atmosphere and great food for less on a first date.

Well in houston it is... not sure about all cities.
