Yeah that’s the thing, I’m into real vamp horror too, so I’m hoping I’m wrong. I’m not sold on Coogler as a writer(great director imo) so we shall see
You could be right regarding his writing credit, this will be a stepping stone for him if it does well as this is an original IP and will highlight his overall potential.

I thought the first Black Panther was very well written. It was better than the directing tbh (although still really good for someones 1st time doing a blockbuster)

Creed and Fruitvale were great scripts.

If people are judging Wakanda Forever's writing then I'll remind you he had to rewrite what took him two years into just 3 months with no lead actor. Thats tough to crack wtih extra moving pieces like Ross/Riri which had to be there for larger MCU connections.


However, I will admit its the area Im most concerend about regarding this film if I had to choose. Cause this will be the first feature he's written by himself since Fruitvale Station. So this will truly tell the tale if he could/should ever write a script by himself.
