Went and preordered my digital copy. May not be as enjoyable on a big screen with proper surround. But cant wait to see this on my 4k oled screen and my 2.1 system.

That was my favorite scene in the movie. It reminded me of talking to old folks when I was a kid and they'd slip into telling a traumatic memory about 1930s/40s Texas.

Best Movie I have seen in years! The whole cast did their thing and not any bit talking of talking was wasted. The comedy, creepy tone, and music all hit. That mid credit scene also was so damn dope

With all the details, world building and re-watch value( already seen it twice, need to see it a 3rd time in IMAX) , you would think this was a Christopher Nolan film….I wasn’t even thinking about seeing this movie at first…. Best movie for me since Infinity War..

Sinners has too many plot holes to be perfect to me. Even Mickey 17 and Novocaine tied it together better.

Black Bag fills my spy niche.

Sinners is going viral specifically because of black people who haven’t been to theaters in years making a trek out there.

I’m in theaters all the times and they’re EMPTY, especially with black movies.

They didn’t even go see ONE OF THEM DAYS like this...

Dont let your (and my) affinity for this movie blind you from places where it CLEARLY could be better If we want more black film, we should request absolute mastery and perfection. We can’t shave corners

Nah, because this is still a vampire movie at the end of the day. Why have a prequel series with no vampires in it.
And they clearly never heard of vampire before the events of the film. So this would literally be an entirely different genre
They should just let this stand on its own tbh.

I still can't wrap my head around how good it is.

Don’t invite white people to functions, even if they say they will pay for the invite.

White people ain’t in touch with their ancestors and hate us for that

I think one of the most harmful things about Black American culture was allowing Voodoo, Vodun, Obeah, and other ancestral African spiritual practices to be lumped into "witchcraft".

It's not something I personally practice but I don't think it's "demonic".
