Corey should have been a lot more popular than he is now. He's been on shows, in movies, etc. It's gotta be the bridge burning.

I mean, his comedy isn't really universal or mainstream at all, he appeals to a niche audience. Just happens to be that a lot of Coli posters fall into that audience, so it would probably seem like he should be bigger based on that. But in reality, how big should he really be?? I find Corey funny but I also can see why so many people don't find him funny at all, and it's not like there's anything else he's bringing that would appeal to a general audience.
Give him some credit for being loyal. He could be more popular if he had people on his show who are actually funny and contribute and compliment him. Instead he keeps people on who he fukks with.
Also he could easily just peddle pure ignorance. But the man instead speaks up for black people,and does his best to cover serious topics. Far as entertainment value he would definitely be bigger if he stayed in his lane and just acted a fool
